Project Management

Before a project commences Aston VTC will the review programme of works submitted by the proposed Vertical Transportation supplier and ensure that all works carried out comply with the design specification. All works will be planned to ensure the minimum disruption to our client and their customers. We will monitor and measure site performance to ensure that works are completed both on time and within budget. As part of our process Aston VTC will schedule regular meetings to ensure that all parties are kept informed of progress. During the course of the project we will attend site, carry out witness tests of all key safety systems and review all documentation before final handover.
