Maintenance Management

For equipment installed in existing buildings Aston VTC will carry out a review of the current maintenance regime and measure this against our own performance benchmarks. We will then implement a structured programme designed to ensure our client is getting the optimum performance from both the equipment and from the maintenance provider. By holding regular meetings with our client and maintenance provider, Aston VTC will make recommendations designed to improve the performance of the vertical transportation equipment with a view to extending its life cycle. In addition Aston VTC can offer ongoing technical support through our helpdesk for any issues that may arise outside of the routine consultancy schedule.
